Mr. Fellov offers over twenty-five years of corporate finance experience through a diverse background within Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt financing activities. Mr. Fellov has successfully completed over four-hundred transactions representing 20+ billion Euros of enterprise value as trusted advisor for both privately held and large multinational public companies, financial institutions, governments and public authorities, board of directors and special committees. Previously, Mr. Fellov acted as e.g. Managing Director at SEB Enskilda, Corporate Finance, Executive Director at Carnegie, Corporate Finance, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Global Head of Equity Capital Market (ECM) at Nordea Investment Banking – working out of London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
