About Jonathan Mandel JonathanMandel is responsible for theoverall management, strategy and investment decisions of Tiro. He maintains relationships with Boards, CEOs, entrepreneurs and investment partners including financial institutions, investment funds, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals. He has been involved in recent years in as an advisor and an investor in deals in the aerospace, healthcare services, medtech, financial services, media, ecommerce, software, retail and consumer, food & beverage, real estate, technology, telecom and industrial sectors in Greater China, Southeast Asia, Europe and the US. Jonathan has a particular expertise in cross border M&A and deal structuring, having advised clients, invested in and executed numerous deals across Asia, Europe and the US over the course of his career. Prior to founding predecessor firm, Pulo Run Capital, in 2009, Jonathan was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley where he held a variety of London and Hong Kong based Investment Banking roles including Head of the Financial Sponsors Group for Asia. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he held senior roles in Europe for both Goldman Sachs in the Communication, Media and Technology Group and for McKinsey & Company in the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice.
