He graduated in Business Economics from Università Bocconi in Milan and is registered with the Como Association of chartered accountants (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti) and with the Register of auditors (Registro dei Revisori Legali).

He has successfully concluded a large number of company sales and acquisitions, including at the international level, and is specialised in arranging transactions with Italian and international private equity funds. He has also completed many debt restructuring transactions with the instruments made available by the Italian bankruptcy law and with the involvement of new stakeholders in the turnaround process.
